You have chosen to decline the credit check. To begin your utility service, please visit JEA's Downtown Customer Care Center. You will be required to pay a deposit. and provide two forms of identification. Specifially you must bring:
- Drivers License
- Military ID
- Passport
- State ID Card
- Green Card
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage License / Certifcate
- Social Security Card
- Voters Registration
