Why JEA?

Each year, JEA proudly hosts a variety of internship and mentoring programs with college students and partnered high schools. These programs provide hands-on experience for students already enrolled in degree and technical programs in their chosen field.

About our Internship Program

JEA selects college students to participate each summer in a paid 32-hour-per-week, 12-week immersion program. The program offers students opportunities to gain real-world, on-the-job experiences, earn a competitive salary, network with business professionals, get involved in the community, and develop valuable leadership, professional etiquette and presentation skills.

Internship Eligibility Requirements

Students must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Preferred Majors but not limited to: Engineering, Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Biology/Science, Marketing/Communications
U.S. citizen or visa eligible to work in the U.S.
Provide current transcript and resume with application
