The company should be able to provide materials over the counter, walk-in service, on-line ordering and delivery to the JEA business unit shops or jobsites.

The awarded Managed Services Provider (the Company) will need to provide support for JEA’s Cisco UC environment. The support provided will ensure JEA’s system is capable of operating 24 hours a day /7 days a week/365 days a year. The agency will provide base support for an on premise environment located within Jacksonville FL, with a Service Level Agreement component of 99.99%.
