Electric Meter Relocation Request Form

In order for JEA to determine whether a customer may move their electric meter, this form must be completed and submitted to JEA prior to any relocation work.

Do not attempt to relocate your meter yourself. Moving your meter without JEA's consent is considered tampering and may be punishable by fines and denial of service.
