JEA has electric and water restoration crews deployed across all impacted areas to quickly address all outages and issues. And while we anticipate storm impacts throughout the night, our crews will work around the clock and won't stop until everyone is back on.

Customer Disconnections Suspended through Tuesday

Beginning today and continuing through Tuesday, Aug. 6, JEA has temporarily suspended customer disconnections for non-payment as we mobilize to support our community.

Customer Solutions Center Reopens Tuesday

JEA's downtown Jacksonville Customer Solutions Center is closed today but will happen Tuesday, Aug. 6 with normal operating hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). You can always pay your bill or manage your account by signing in to your JEA online account.
