Standing seven stories tall, JEA’s Customer Solutions Center is located in the heart of downtown, one block east of the Duval County Courthouse and within walking distance of JTA’s Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center. The ground floor lobby, fully
staffed with Customer Advisors, is designed to make it easy for customers to pay their bills, discuss their accounts and explore ways to save. For those who prefer self-service, payment kiosks offer a convenient way to pay using cash, checks, credit
or debit cards, and mobile wallets. To minimize wait times, customers are encouraged to join a virtual queue via the QLess app, which provides real-time updates as their appointment time approaches.
