Drop Savers Poster Contest

We don’t just stop at educating customers when it comes to water conservation. We want kids to know more about saving water too! That’s why we invited students to participate in a contest. But there’s a plot twist. Instead of us teaching them about water conservation, they taught us by creating posters.

In the 2016 “Drop Savers" poster contest sponsored by the Florida Section of the American Water Works Association, students in grades K-12 in Duval County were encouraged to create a poster depicting a water conservation idea in slogan form, drawing form or both.

We received 227 posters from seven schools. Check out the winning works of art from each division:

Second & Third Grade Group

Sultan also placed second for his division in the statewide event!
